A 2016 addition to the Heartland team, Jayme Ernst brings with her a careful attention to detail as well as a love of variety. She holds a bachelors degree from Pittsburg State University and comes to our firm with six years of experience in retirement plan management. In order to remain current on trends and new legislation affecting the industry, she regularly participates in continuing education.

Jayme also has 20 years of customer service experience, which greatly influences her work with Heartland Consulting Group. She especially likes working with larger clients and enjoys the task of finding a single plan that meets the needs of multiple participant groups.

When not at work, Jayme is active in her community and enjoys spending time with family and friends. She currently serves on the board for La Cygne Historical Society. She also likes to participate in 5Ks and other fun walks/runs locally.
